Can you put a lock out/tag out on Joe Alleva and FKing?
K. Thanx.

Man I buy shite from Lowe’s all the time and no employees there give or know a frick about anything in that store, let alone offer to help me carry something.
But if they helped no I would not.

There was a guy with special needs at Winn Dixie the other day that insisted on bringing the groceries to my vehicle. I gave him a $5 after loading them in the back, he was very thankful.
Special Needs does not necessarily translate into stupid. He knew what he was doing, and good on you for showing your appreciation.

Sorry, buddy. That's occupational safety. Not my specialty.

You must have a small yard if you’re buying mulch by the bag.

My gardener usually brings the mulch to my house himself

I just go pick up some homeless person and grab them some leftover chicken wings out of the fridge as payment

I had a dude help me load about a thousand pounds of pavers a year ago. I asked him if they were allowed to take tips and he said "I sure ain't gonna tell em."

a simple thank you will suffice.
Why people feel the need to hand out money b/c someone helped them perform some small task is beyond me.
Simply reciprocate the good will towards others and this world would be a better place.
We shouldn't feel obligated to give someone money for being a decent human being. It's as if some people are so surprised another human would do something nice for them, they feel the only way to thank them is to give them some money since they have made up in their mind that person likely makes less money than me so let me give them some of mine. If the person that helped you load that mulch was some random guy in the parking lot, and he told you his name was Dr. so in so after helping, the thought of giving him a monetary tip would never cross your mind. You'd simply say thank you.
Maybe that Lowes has a manager that wants to hire decent human beings, and pays them and treats them well, and expects his employees to go the extra mile to help customers like that b/c in doing so, those customers will come back more often to that specific store. SEE CHIK-FIL-A COMPARED TO EVERY OTHER SHITTY FAST FOOD STORE.
It's sad that we live in a world where some people are so surprised another human would go the extra mile in their job to satisfy their customer, we feel the need to just give them more money b/c it's so unexpected. Just say thank you and keep using that store.

They have signs that literally say dont tip.
That's when I always tip. I like to make them feel appreciated and make the next guy look like an arse.
