Don't need any additional service or items.

Yay or nay?

Since you're at Luby's you must be at least 70. So no since you're on a fixed income

If you're eating at Luby's I don't think you can afford to tip anybody.

I haven't eaten at a Luby's in years, but I still occasionally eat at Piccadilly's.

Most of the time I don't tip because the waitress never does anything besides drop off some extra napkins and sign my receipt. I'm a fast eater, so I am generally done before she can make it back around to my table to see if I need a refill.

If my waitress does get me a drink refill, I will generally give her a dollar tip.

I don't know. It's fricking delicious. Pappas definitely improved the atmosphere and food.

If I am at a cafeteria and they refill my drink, I usually drop a dollar on the table when I am done.

Used to eat at a Luby's at Central Expressway and Royal Lane occasionally when I lived in Dallas. Great pie. Ate at Piccadilly's at a mall in Shreveport a couple of weeks ago. Skipped the pie even though it looked good.
