No one claimed it is.

Give me a situation in a jeep that isnt
There are plenty of times, it's for from universal.
ETA: And regardless, all of it is irrelevant. Enthusiasts still buy manuals because they just enjoy the experience better.

Get you a 1st generation Bronco!
That 1st generation Bronco in the pic you posted probably costs more than the new one that will be released.

Yeah...that one is probably $80K.

So if you want a slower decent and dont have an Auto capable allowing for a crawl... Many off road autos have this now for the most part

The vast majority of times its auto all day. its quite overwhelming

Exactly what I said originally, in regards to jeeps, they like the nostalgia feel or its the machismo. You can't really say it drives better if it does less and is more difficult. You just want to make it feel better mentally. it is what it is. I am not knocking it

I was thinking minimum $50K. My former boss has a '69 with a 351W. Automatic, disc brakes, and very little rust. He gets multiple offers in that price range and always turns them down.

that was just the first google result. There's plenty more.

Well, that's not what you said. You said autos are better. Like I said, that's not universally true.

I really don't get why it's tied to machismo. That's just really weird.

If the new Bronco looked like the OP I would get one. But they wont. I have a feeling they will look like shite.
That's the official Ford teaser pic. Gives me hope, at least.

Get the Jeep. You know what you buying. Ford produces are not the best. First year ones are always trash anyway.
It may be trash the first year, it may not be. But you’re right. With the Jeep, you know for certain you’re getting trash.

I'll pass. The real truck looks like a Toyota Highlander with round headlights:

Lol....yeah, you know exactly what you’re getting with an FCA product like a Jeep....wet garbage! Plus trashy as hell.
Jeep does very well with the Grand Cherokee and the Wrangler. I wouldn't touch the Fiat-based models though.
And to the OP: Buy a used 1994 model. Make sure to get a white one.

They made a small attempt to make the 1972 bronco look but like a C- effort

The Rock drives a new Bronco in Rampage.

This will look good in the driveway of that Beazer or Horton home.

I also don't get why it's tied to nostalgia. Most vehicles in Europe are manual for the fuel economy, not for some weird longing for yesteryear.

Looks like something those rats in the Kia commercial would drive.

I think the major appeal of the Wrangler is the amount of after market accessories that are available. They can be personalized to a person's tastes. I doubt that the Bronco or any other competitor will ever rival that.

That’s not it. That’s the ‘little bronco’ they’re coming out with.
