Should I delay my plans to get a Rubicon until the new Bronco comes out?

The price is expected to br similar, and Ford is known to have mimicked the Wrangler’s specs in order to directly compete in the legit offroad space.
Plus, the renderings look pretty badass.
Anyonr here have any insight/thoughts on these things?

if you were smart you would buy something 2-3 years old at almost half the price it costs new.
if you are rich and dont mind setting fir to $10k just for the new car smell then buy something new at an insanely overpriced cost.
it takes some time and experience for people to learn this lesson so many cant even consider not buying something new

I had to drive my friend’s old Bronco to Rubicon today because my F-250 is broke down. It already has nuts and a Yeti sticker on the back so the other operators won’t make fun of me.

Way overdue. Despite my misgivings about Ford in general this should be a hit. If they get it mechanically right it will dig into the Jeep market considerably...albeit they don’t get ridiculous on the pricing.
Bonus is getting a Land/Range Rover looking vehicle that actually works for more than year and costs (hopefully) 1/3 less

with how much they are raising the prices, Used Jeeps cost almost as much as they did new.

Someone hasn't ever priced a used Wrangler.

Is this actually a thing? Seems like Ford has been teasing the Bronco for a decade now.

The Bronco won't look like that. The final product will likely look more like a crossover with an optional 4wd

Bronco over Jeep all day everyday. Will be badass

Get the Jeep. You know what you buying. Ford produces are not the best. First year ones are always trash anyway.

Buy a 4runner. Appreciate it’s long term reliability

I always buy used, but this is a treat.
Besides, some vehicles (4runners, Tacos,?Wranglers) are about as much used as new.

Rumors are that the base will be around $30K just like the Wrangler.

If the new Bronco looked like the OP I would get one.
But they wont. I have a feeling they will look like shite.

I’d never make a decision in regards to a vehicle purchase from a rendering of a vehicle, but that’s just me.

Wait for the Bronco. Jeep Wrangler's have become the vehicle of dikes and baw-lites.

I’d consider a new 4runner if you could get a manual transmission.
