Should they "make amends" for it? Sure, and they have.
But, very few (if any) who actively (or even passively) participated in the activities of the Nazi Party are still alive.

You have to remember...anti-Semitism wasn't created by the Nazis. It had been a European institution for CENTURIES. European history is replete with numerous pogroms against Jews. The fact there was a substantial and influential Jewish presence in Europe by this point was actually quite remarkable.
