Should a curfew be invoked on the elderly?

Instead of shutting down everything and killing the economy, why not just quarantine people over 65, who are in the high risk category?

Yeah their typical 4pm dinner keeps them out too late. 6pm form to be indoors and locked up sounds like the answer.
