As far as the old house down by BM it sure looked like it was a total redo at best and who knows how often it will flood in the future.
If someone was well to do with a plane would be the only way it would make sense to me.
And you would have to like to spend (or pay someone) to send lots of time on a bush hog.

According to scanner they have him surrounded they think. Have the lights, lasers and flir camera on him. May have just jumped into shallow water for awhile. But now up and running and stopping. Swat on site.
