Short indie movie idea "Baby Teeth"

Pot head, slacker, son of rich baby boomers's dad gets tired of him doing nothing and secretly tricks him into getting a new set of teeth. but these teeth are sharp, like a whole set of fangs, and are scary looking.
His slacker friends start to get uncomfortable around him, and he feels alone. But these other people start to befriend him, he gets a job and promoted to the top.....because he got rid of his real baby teeth.
Yeah stoned, but is the teeth metaphor to obvious?

I have an idea for a movie where a pothead is trying to write stories but they don't make any fricking sense. He posts them on anonymous message boards looking for constructive criticism but everyone just laughs.
