I want to know where they got all the money to renovate that place. A lot of the stores have pulled out of it so why spend millions on it

Yeah I actually know the general manager of the mall and he’s a really great guy and I know they have done a lot to renovate it. It looks great, but the crowds are the same and they won’t change. Ridgewood road is so ghetto now. Feeds right into that area
