I haven't read up much on this but how did the shooter kill 50 people? Did he have a drum or something on his gun?

Just speculation but maybe he picked where he picked not just because it suited his fricked up cancerous religion, but because the people there weren't likely to fight back.
He doesn't pull that shite in a biker bar or a thug club. May have perceived, (correctly, apparently) that a gay club would be a soft target.
Once the initial burst is done, anyone who hasn't escaped is too scared to do much but cower. They think the police are coming to save them, and are summarily executed, just like in Paris.
Where do you think this guy got his ideas?

He was shooting the gun military style sweeping from left to right. He knew how to shoot correctly.
Sad fact is that this just emboldened ISIS after seeing how easy it is to hit soft targets in the US. Pull this in New Orleans and it would be hours before cops even show up
