I'm noticing, there looks to be at least 2 victims shot below the belt. White tee shirt, the buttocks/groin area soaked in blood. Gray tee shirt, pants are down and someone is applying pressure to left hip.
Crime of passion, maybe?
edit- I see I got downvoted. I'm just making an observation with that- there are only 2 pictures of people who were injured, both seem to have been shot below the belt/above the thigh (hip area). That seems awfully specific and not just random, especially if you consider the report that it was a handgun.
edit 2- ok clearly doesn't look to be the case, especially when taking witness accounts into consideration.

Its a culture thing and its not age exlclusive. I have zero faith in the average American if something happens and I need help. People just watch even if you ask for help. It is very depressing when you are confronted with that reality.
