If that's his Nike shoe by the car I have a good idea what he looks like. This is just a guess but I'm guessing dude was beating the windows out of that car with a rock then came at police? Read somewhere where it was a domestic dispute and cops stepped in.

Yeah I read something about a dude using a rock to attack cops or their cars or something

Suspect was beating a woman and throwing large rocks at her... all of this according to the news

It was at an airport. You do not pull this kind of crap at an airport an expect to not get shot.
