After watching the video it doesn't look like a mass shooting. Looks like the police took out someone threatening them.

Officer involved shooting. Appears to just be one suspect down but they aren't saying if he's dead or not or what even happened. Officer was on his Segway by the looks of it. Just strolled up and shot a guy?
