Unfortunately...the problem with that area is the residents themselves, not the place. You could put a fricking Tiffany jewelry store there and it would still be shitty.

It depresses the dog shite out of me to drive through there. You look at some of these abandoned, falling down apartment complexes and realize frick people probably still live in there.
