I wonder what is going on to make a guy just pull out a gun and shoot someone over something so trivial. Is it just insanity? Psychosis? Just nuts. Obviously you know in 2015 you aren't smoking in a restaurant. He didn't seem like he wanted to get away with it either. Like he wanted to go to prison for life or just didn't want to live anymore. Just sick all around. Poor lady 52, waitressing at a Waffle House probably has a few people depending on her who have no life insurance coming. Such a shame that so many thugs just don't appreciate life.
