CNN is reporting that the mayor described this as a hate crime. That tells it was probably a white dude. No way they’d describe it as a hate crime if a Muslim did it.

As if AR-15's aren't still widely available in the U.S., due to the gun nut allies in the red states. Your simplistic argument is the same stupid one that's made about Chicago, when Indiana next door allows people to buy handguns at will.
