Let's say one of his "friends" formed an LLC and bought the property at sheriff's sale, could he still live there?
Alimony is not dischargeable in Bankruptcy. He is still responsible for it.
The LLC yes that could certainly work if someone allowed him to live there for "free".

I think he ended up taking most of what was salvageable from the Broadmoor before demolition. That includes some the seating and some of the concession area items and various memorabilia.
I’m pretty sure all of it went under in the 16’ flood.
