I don't think you do. If you fully got it, you wouldn't be posting the dumb shite you're posting.

Hopefully he's just trolling.

He's not though. This is fairly typical LEO mentality. Law enforcement is supposed to be made up of the communities they are serving for the very reason that anyone with any sense would never help impose a law that infringes upon citizens basic rights, but you have blind ignorant assholes like this who will follow every order that is given to them regardless of how unconstitutional it clearly is. This is where the system of policing by citizens in the community breaks down. In order for it to work, LEOs have to be unwilling to enforce unconstitutional orders exactly like this pissing contest curfew. He is the very reason the system is broken and so many have lost faith and trust in LEOs in this country.

Restricting a 400,000+ metro area for the actions of 14. Sounds like solid fap material for an authoritarian.

You know absolutely nothing about me, how I do my job, or what I believe in. Don't make this personal. I didn't call for the curfew or enforce it

Huh?

Your level of "workedupness" isn't my concern in the slightest.

Are your feelers hurt? Quit being such a dickhead and maybe people wouldn't make it personal.

Calls me a liar then tries to play the "don't make this personal" card.

Then mind your own fricking business and stop worrying about why people want to be out after midnight. It's our right not to be confined to our homes. When you support unconstitutional efforts such as this one you are part of the problem, especially if you are a LEO. LEOs made up of the community they serve are supposed to be the barrier between government overreach and police enforcement, but idiots like yourself allow these infringements on citizens rights to be perpetrated and you clearly support this effort. I don't need you to tell me when I can and can't go in and out of my home and it's none of your damn business as to why I want to be out at a certain time.

He's a really good example of why people are tired of putting up with the police's bullshite. Like he has some kind of moral and ethical high ground because he was able to secure a job as a police officer. I'm not impressed.

Its dopey talk. It's dopey dumb dumb talk.

Nancy sure is being "inconvenienced" not being able to work that bar night shift to pay her bills.

That's not really the point. If I'm gutting a house until midnight, I should be able to go to canes after. Canes should be able to make a profit, and then they could even donate that profit to the rebuild.

Preventing commerce isn't just a "get over it" thing. It requires immense support and reason to be sound.

I can see how it's absurd to a lot of people for people who were not affected by the flood (such as myself)...but maybe I'm in a small minority that thinks this is actually necessary. Not all of EBR needs it, but there's no way to put a curfew on parts of EBR and not others. Certain parts of EBR definitely need it.
Well frick it, some neighborhoods could use it year round. Let's just have curfew year round and bend over and take Sheriff Sids dick right up our arse

Would you rather I just accepted what you had to say and moved on? You made a choice to engage and now I'm the one that's too serious? Ok, whatever. You can take cute little uniform and badge and frick right off.

I'm guessing the only folks whining about it, are less than 30, probably don't own a house, and want to go get drunk tonight. Which is fine.

Well then you're just totally wrong

Sweet, and now they can't do so into the night if their home is uninhabitable and are staying elsewhere
