It could be argued that a curfew also de facto criminalizes homelessness, and that has been found unconstitutional by the Supreme Court.

I'm not posting a link but you can look it up yourself. A legitimate reason for being out? Do we live in a fricking prison nation? Since when do I need a damn 'reason for being out'??? What the frick has this country turned into? This country is fricked because of dumbasses like you.

The state of emergency apparently destroys the Constitution allowing for police to make stops for whatever reason they choose.
No way the commerce clause allows for a curfew, but I'm sure their has been a state of emergency case before.

Also, the news article I read didn't say shite about "there's a curfew for 10pm but you can stay out as long you're doing something productive." It just said 10pm curfew.

Look, I fully get it. Some people are being inconvenienced and many who aren't are pissed because they feel their liberties are being trampled on.
The curfew still remains and I'd suggest anyone that is outraged contact their local elected officials from the bottom to the top.
