Saudi's got better end of that deal. The PA facility is mostly new and in much better shape.

Yeah,uh no. Convent and Norco have much better unplanned downtimes and higher availability than Port Arthur.

Convent and norco both had massive expansions in the last year/coming year already paid for.

Convent and Norco are basically going to be operating as one complex at some point. A pipeline is going to be built between the two to allow this.

Since the 2012 expansion the PA facility can handle 600k bbl/day which is more than the others combined. I have spent time in all three and prefer visiting the LA sites but $$$ is $$$.

PA can't seem to get their shite straight with running correctly.
Motiva was doing very well as they were and making a ton of money for both owners so I'm kind of surprised at this move.

Ask your buddies at PA how well their TA is going right now and how well safety has been over the last month.

God I hope some of those Motiva Jackasses at Norco leave. Some Grade A con artists they've got there as far as I'm concerned.

Just the way they let procurement handle a contract I dealt with a few years ago. No longer there or with the company I was dealing with them about. Rather not say more than that.

I could only imagine. I know about this kind of stuff with the company.

UMMMM NO!
Maybe the new part, but most of Motiva is old and worn out like Citgo in Sulphur
