No judgment (at least from me), but from my male and yet not idiot OT member perspective, probably not the best move.
I would argue that you could have sex with someone in a non-exotic way on a first date and it would seem better than a blow job. I say this because I think you could more easily present it as a romantic thing than a purely sexual thing.
