Factually incorrect.
That's not the important factor in the debate.
Black people are far more likely to smoke it openly in public or while riding around/driving in their cars. They're far more casual which leads to far more arrests.
Not to mention they have far more interactions with police because they're far more likely to live in a bad part of town.

It's about outlefting each other and blaming whitey and the popo. I think it would be sickening.
Difference is that Kennedy is fricking brilliant. He's got a world class mind.
He's just a piece of shite without a moral compass that just panders to keep his job.

Nobody’s getting arrested for weed anymore.
The talking point should now be on full legalization & dismantling the for profit prison system.

Ask yourself, what makes that part of town, bad?

In a voice-over, he rattles off statistics about the drug, including that Black people are four times as likely as White people to be arrested for its use.
Hopefully they make that true and arrest him

Yeah, even in BR, anything under an oz is just a misdemeanor. Of course, that won't stop this a-hole from telling the world that half the LA prison population is in jail for simple possession.

I have multiple clients who were either arrested solely for marijuana possession, or were arrested for having a legally owned and possessed firearm while also in possession of marijuana. Now, I'm by no means trying to convey that the EBRPP is overflowing with people arrested for marijuana possession, but those arrests are absolutely still happening.

It would be hilarious if at the end of the ad, Benny hill music started playing and a bunch of cops started chasing gravy around and delivered an arse whooping

Marijuana should be legalized at the federal level, end of story. This pussyfooting around with it just shows how much of a stranglehold pharmaceutical corporations have over our politicians.

Not sure if it will be any kind of a debate. Kennedy will smoke him in the first 5 minutes.

I think the blunt is some cultural status symbol. Edibles are far superior to smokable weed.
