That escalated
He doesn't disagree with the outcome of the altercation; he just disagrees that it's a slam dunk self-defense case.

Retiring outside the country sounds better and better.

You continually have some of the dumbest takes on this site.

if there ever was a final reason to move out of that hell hole forever and never vote for any democrat ever, this is it

Once this guy is cleared, he’ll win a gigantic lawsuit against the city

Hate it for this guy. Hopefully law abiding citizens get the hint and move out of that liberal sink hole

Take a break, you are struggling.

What was in the video you saw?

Thank you. Let’s talk about it. What do you base this on? Let’s hear it.

How?
I’m glad this dude is dead. I hope the clerk gets nothing.
My point is a purely legal discussion. I’m basing it entirely on the video AND the statute as written.
What don’t you get about this?
The NY law should be changed to more in line with being lenient towards self defense.

May have already been posted, but I just saw where the clerk’s gofundme has been removed? I just don’t get any of this.

It’s because GoFundme claims they don’t allow for those accused of violent crimes.
Which is of course a lie. Numerous bLM terrorists used it.

Your lack of logic is astounding.

The question is, did he stop when the threat was neutralized or did he keep going.
If you shoot someone twice and they’re still alive but neutralized, you don’t put a third in their head to finish them off. That would then be considered murder.
Active Self Protection has mentioned this a couple of times.

I would argue your statement defines the "shithile" we are becoming.
He should be able to state his position without some twat wishing harm for him and his family as if they somehow deserve it.

legally - I would not convict that man if I was on the jury. Good luck to the prosecution on this one.

Well, it was one of the deadliest mass shootings in American history. And he used all handguns.
Sounds to me like a handgun can be just as deadly to a human as an assault rifle
