Self defense in Manhattan is now a crime.

This is not the first case. These Soros DAs have an agenda that has nothing to do with the protection of the citizens. They want anarchy in the streets so that folks will cheer the martial law afterwards as they cheered the Covid lockdowns.
The far left wants to destabilize, debase and demoralize the country as they foment their Huxley-like version of America.

I want to say some smartass shite like "elections have consequences" or "you get what you vote for" or "frick NY, they deserve it." But in all honesty, shite like this is sort of terrifying. So I'll just say that I hope this remains an outlier and not the norm, or else this country truly is either fricked or headed for another Civil War (or both).
ETA: Holy shite, there's video of it. I don't see how anybody could say that wasn't self-defense after watching the video. Hopefully this dude has his day in court and is completely exonerated.

Bragg’s office, however, charged Alba, a dad of three who moved to the US from the Dominican Republic 30 years ago searching for a better life, with second-degree murder. He became a US citizen 14 years ago.
