Because there's an entire subreddit dedicated to people who are confirmed positive with COVID-19 who report their symptoms. For the people it hits, even the healthy ones, it hits them hard and fast. Sure, for some nothing happens, but that's the same with any cold. Normal respiratory infections don't keep healthy people down for 3 weeks. This one does.
And yeah, maybe everyone in that subreddit is lying. Reddit is as much of a left-wing echo chamber as Political talk is a right-wing echo chamber, that's for sure. But with the reporting of similar symptoms, and the severity mentioned, it'd be one hell of a coordinated mass effort.

You seem to think a thin plastic sheet has magical properties in blocking a virus that a big hunk of metal would not. And obviously I was being sarcastic in putting a gas pump in the middle of a pharmacy, you dumb frick.
