I listen to tons of medical pods and colon and rectal cancers have skyrocketed this century for men under 50. Thats why they lowered the min age to 45 and it will soon be 40.
Same with women and cervical.
All of the preservatives and food coloring and chemicals are causing this along with autism and anxiety. Not to mention the evil media lying to the masses over and over. For the first time in 50 years the actuary factors have changed due to a shorter life expectancy.... The more I research, the more I agree with RFK.

Ain't no resetting. Watch the movie Idoicracy, it's a map to our future. Except it was set 500 years in the future, we'll be there in 50. We'll just get dumber, lazier and fatter as a society.

Life has been bad for the last 4 years
I wish they’d bring W back and invade Canada to give young people a purpose

People are hyper-competitive and communities based on values and not-socioeconomic status are dead.

I am not so sure about this. I was never the best at letting people know how appreciative I am of their work. I have definitely become better at letting people know how grateful I am and better at recognizing good workers.
That's just leadership

Doctors have been minimized to legal drug dealers at this point and parents would rather give their kid a pill than actually parent them.

I think we're fully into the weak men create hard times portion of the cycle.
If this mantra is true, the boomers are the "weak men" aspect of the people alive right now.
Hard Times (Depression/WWII)
Strong Men (Greatest Gen)
Good Times (60s-80s)
Weak Men (Boomers)
Hard Times (in them now)
Strong men might be Gen Z this time around.

Man some of you will do anything to blame the baby boomers for everything. It's not an exact science and it's not clear cut by generation, that's dumb. It's just a generalization.
And we are just barely touching the leading edge of hard times.

I'd agree with you.
We are about to see real hard times IMO.
Or maybe we are all doom and gloom and we're about to prosper? Who knows?

While I agree with how the movie predicts (in some ways quite hilariously accurate) the general downward trajectory of society, it fails to account for an important variable.
At some point, the capable and courageous will stand up and speak out (we're already seeing it). While they may get ignored in the beginning (which we're also already seeing), there will come a tipping point when the younger generations take a look at the two competing worldviews and realize which one is truly better for their future.
Good example: four-year college education. It's a ponzi scheme waiting to collapse at this point. It is only a matter of time before younger generations truly realize that a four-year degree doesn't automatically equate with knowledge, high-paying jobs, etc. and that it is a huge waste of time & money for many young adults.
Now that's not to say that hard times aren't coming. They will come and they will be a necessary catalyst for this critical realization to occur. But the notion that we're just going to continue a blind descent ad infinitum into dumbassery is too simplistic. Makes for a great movie though

College might be dangerous to their mental health as well. Military or hard work for a couple years then College if necessary.

The litmus test for hard times(as well as the catalyst for actual change) is when fathers literally cannot feed their children and are forced to extreme measures to keep their children alive. We aren't there yet obviously, but the winds of that are blowing.

We defended this country against Iraq and Afghanistan and we rebuilt the economy after 2 financial crashes and boomers still won’t let us buy a house

Disaster is just a matter of time.

We don't do enough to combat the mental health issues in this country. I feel social media being a huge part of everyone's lives being a huge part of the problem.
