Search called off for missing TN boy - Updated

Autistic non-verbal 5yo reported missing on Tuesday.
Family says he has history of sneaking out of house overnight, but usually doesn’t get far.
Large search includung several sheriff depts, state agencies, and organized civilians ensues.
Promising footprints found along creek near family’s rural community.
Police hold news conference this morning to annouce search has been called off. Father has apparently confessed to murder.
Sad ending to what folks would be a search & rescue.
