An Orca can swim 35-37 mph. A lot of boats on the ocean can't outrun them.

There are plenty of videos of seals jumping onto boats to escape Orcas.....We had a pod follow us from the Alcan Plant in North British Columbia to the Power Plant Island .....They made a trip interesting. 45minute delay because of a mother grizzly and cubs in the parking lot, then the Orca escort out to the island ...Great Day.

Because I think it’s illegal to start a boat engine within 100 feet of an orca so the boat engine doesn’t frick them up, particularly their fins.

It’s a pretty psychotic question to be honest with you. A wild orca has never on the record killed a human. All of them have been with captive orcas, which I can understand them being pissed the frick off in a small cell like that relative to their size.
