Each female cop should be accompanied by a male cop for protection, and to actually handle up on business when needed.

Was a video posted a few days back... Male cop got shot, lady cop was second on scene- he's begging for help with a tourniquet, she's fumbling with jewelry, gloves and cuffing the dead guy. Thankfully other, male, cops arrived and helped the shot cop and got the scene under control.
I do not believe women need to be cops in the field.

My wife works at CAA. Trust me, there is worse shite happening to animals every day in the BR metro.
Last week some teenager yeeted a kitten his mom was fostering because it "freaked out" while he was trying to get it out of his room. Threw it at the wall and broke one of its legs. Mom doesn't get to adopt or foster animals from them anymore.
