For sure, they just have people swearing that they saw her and looking at the timeline and map, it makes you wonder if that is true.

But yet, finding the body where he was fishing is pretty telling.

What about the part about him going and sending emails before going fishing?

Guess you could assuming he moved the body from the truck to the boat there before going fishing?

Guess the dude was calculated enough to set his allibi up as best as he could.

Again, this is a circumstantial case for sure. But, IMO, it still looks a lot like he was trying to set up whatever alibis he could. The boat was at his work place, and he needed to document he was there. Emails accomplish this. It would be nice to know the content of those emails to get the idea of did he just BS some mail, or did it look important.
Upon returning home from the fishing trip, he later called her parents house, and it was her Dad that reported her missing, not Scott.

Pretty sure it was Merry Christmas to his boss and/or clients. I think they said that in the show.

Yikes, I hope you don't get picked for jury duty.

No, I can be a fair juror. I'm just stating the obvious.
I have studied this case and this opinion I have of him has been formed after the facts have been presented. I invite you to search websites dedicated to this case and form your own opinion.

And they also found evidence of where he had mixed concrete for anchors that he said were for his boat.

If he didn't do it, he amazingly did EVERYTHING a guilty person would do in the aftermath of her disappearance.
* smug to press/ wouldn't talk to them
* talking to Amber Frey during candlelight vigil for Lacy
* lying to Amber about being in Paris
* says he goes fishing on Christmas Eve (drives and hour a half each way to fish for about an hour)
* gives some cheesy voice mail message to Lacy on the way home from San Francisco Bay
* When finally does speak to press, never appears sorry for her
* while still "missing" refers to her in a past tanse in interview. something like , "she was a nice girl"
* when he knows arrest is immenent after bodies are found, he puts on disguises and has lrage sums of money on him

All of the above is circumstatial for sure. But he just reeks of guilt to me. I have no doubt that he did it.

Further, just because her body ended up found exactly where he said he fished that day, IMO does NOT indict him moreso. I think someone could have murdered her, then heard about Scott's whereabouts that day, and then dumped her body in the exact same spot.
Doubtful, but plausible
The only thing he didn't do was have Brendan Dassey around for his airtight alibi.

Missed that part.

He more than likely did it. still just a major piece of shite to try and cover it up everywhere he could.

The part about him telling the Amber girl he in Paris while he was at the vigil was just absurd. making up people's names etc. What a POS.

He did something. Very similar to a case here in Katy where a coach blew his wife's brains out and it was burglars.

With Peterson I am amazed at how many of HER family believe him still.

Other than the first thing you mention I would say everything else indicates his guilt in murdering his wife and child

What?

If you are referring to the show, the sister-in-law is his brother's wife. The other chick who believes him is his own sister with a different married name. I have never heard of any of her family believing him.

Pretty sure once the affair dropped, none of them did. Including Amber.

Don't blame any of them.

Just couldn't believe they didn't find more damning evidence. Dude was calculated.

His sociopathy is almost impressive. Those Paris lies while he was down the road in the process of becoming the most famous man in America were wild. Wtf was his end game there?

He also told his mistress (amber) that his wife had DIED. He told her this a week before Lacy disappeared. He told amber this would be is first Christmas without Lacy.

Well well. Is he a psychic?

One thing that really stuck out to me, back when the search was going on, SP went to get the mail one afternoon on live video. He grabs the stack out of the box and just tosses it into a truck at his house. A commentator pointed out that if LP had been kidnapped and that SP didn't know better than she had not, the first thing he would have done is look the mail over for ransom notes or something of note in the mail. The fact that he didn't even bother to look meant that he subconsciously had no reason to look because he knew her fate already.

Not to divert, but that is similar to JonBenet s parents when the ransom note deadline came and went without them batting an eye.
