Watching the show right now. Had to have done it right?
All the cash etc when he was arrested? The affair?
What about getting on the computer when she was supposedly seen in the park and all the witnesses that saw he that the cops didn't follow up?
Kind of crazy they weren't able to find any real incriminating evidence other than him being a bonafide sociopath. By incriminating, I mean blood, weapon, real DNA etc.

If he didn't do it, he amazingly did EVERYTHING a guilty person would do in the aftermath of her disappearance.
* smug to press/ wouldn't talk to them
* talking to Amber Frey during candlelight vigil for Lacy
* lying to Amber about being in Paris
* says he goes fishing on Christmas Eve (drives and hour a half each way to fish for about an hour)
* gives some cheesy voice mail message to Lacy on the way home from San Francisco Bay
* When finally does speak to press, never appears sorry for her
* while still "missing" refers to her in a past tanse in interview. something like , "she was a nice girl"
* when he knows arrest is immenent after bodies are found, he puts on disguises and has lrage sums of money on him
All of the above is circumstatial for sure. But he just reeks of guilt to me. I have no doubt that he did it.
Further, just because her body ended up found exactly where he said he fished that day, IMO does NOT indict him moreso. I think someone could have murdered her, then heard about Scott's whereabouts that day, and then dumped her body in the exact same spot.

What about the cops saying the robbery took place on one day. The news was already set up in front the house the day the cops said the robbery happened. Like that reporter said, you telling me someone robbed the house across the street while all these reporters were hanging out

Agreed. It seemed that people (lead by media) wanted to indict him for being an a-hole, which appears to be the case, despite no real evidence or apparent intent.

Remember, her body was found in SF Bay. A connection between a mere robbery acorss the street would involve the robbers having to kidnap her and keep her until they could carry her dead body and drop it off in SF Bay to try to frame Scott.
That is too much of an escalation.

Guess you could assuming he moved the body from the truck to the boat there before going fishing?
