My dad is a lawyer, and I remember him saying that he thought Scott Peterson did it but that he would have voted not guilty if he were on the jury.

His rationale was that the state's case was almost solely based on the circumstantial evidence.

POS human being for sure, but that case was definitely a test for our legal system.

Now, that sounds like the OJ jurors, although I understand the difference.
Here's the deal. She was found where he was fishing. So, if it wasn't him, someone would have to have made the concerted effort to have her dropped in the bay after it was known that is where SP was that day.
I won't say that is impossible,it's just way more of a stretch to believe that possibility than to believe that SP did the things he is supposedly done.
