It’s gonna be some weird shite in the future when there are 55 year olds passing for teenagers.

2.5 years of “biological age” isn’t really significant, if they can drop it 10-15 years, they may be onto something. You can drop your bio age a few years by getting plenty of exercise and changing your diet up.
If you want to check out something interesting regarding reversing aging, look up rapamycin. Some people are giving it to their old dogs to reverse aging.

You must not get it.
They took this medication for 1 year and reverse aged 2.5 years.
That could mean if the subjects continue to take the medication, they would continue to reverse age.
Logic dictates this would allow a person to live for centuries possibly.
Of course, we don't know potential side effects. But based on this info alone and if it's not some stupid bullshite lies, then a person could live a loooooooooooooooooooooooong time because they will never age.

You can stop aging altogether if you dead.

Can you not think of a scenario where the reversing of aging could lead to the earth being populated?

Sure, I can also think of a scenario where we populate other planets.

We need a plague not some drug that will cause the population to grow exponentially by reducing the number of deaths.
Posted on 9/6/19 at 3:37 pm to RollTide1987
It can’t reverse what’s already there. So people expecting to start looking like a younger them are off. All the changes would be largely internal

Speak for yourself on this one.
You have one view of it in young adulthood. I assure you that a number of us in the 60's age range have a different point of view. If it is something that can help improve quality of life after retirement so that we can do things, and enjoy our adult children and grandchildren, then it's a good thing.
It's not so much that I want to look like I did some 45 years ago, but moreso the opportunity for improving health and quality of life.
