The rumors of growth hormone from like the 80s or early 90s were that is reversed aging and then congress outlawed it or dumbed it down a bunch.
There is also that thing about young people's blood reversing aging of older people. That's why if you were under 18 or so you were/are able to sell your blood for a very high cost just recently. This has been rumored to be used for a very long time by certain groups...
