Probably, but don't most states have a law banning teacher-student relations regardless of age? They should, this is getting ridiculous.
This case is too bad. Not my type, but very cute and certainly capable of landing an age appropriate gentleman.
Instead, she'll be going to the pen for a stretch, followed by managed supervision and a lifetime registration on the state sex offender list.
