Pensacola Bay after Hurricane Ivan knocked the permanent bridge out in 2004.
That is #2 for me. Every time I would hit one of those steel plates I expected it to shift or give way.
Another one that used to be scary to me for a different reason was the GW from Manhatten to Jersey. On the bottom level there were potholes you could lose a VW bug in.

Old I-10 bridge over Lake P after Katrina in the dark when those temp sections were in place. It was pitch black out there at the time.
Winner for me. Driving on that temporary grating on the twin span after Katrina was terrifying.

The causeway after Katrina when the had the temp bridge with no side rails.

The interstate bridge over the Grand Canyon at the Hoover dam is at a very high elevation, prolly 500 feet above the canyon
I used to drive a dump truck in NOLA in the early 70s. If you hit 4:00 traffic and there was a train coming you could feel the bridge shimmy and shake from the weight of the train plus packed truck traffic.
ETA this was the old Huey Long over the Miss River from Clearview to Angola in NO

The Old Cochran Bridge in Mobile. Very skinny bridge, meeting oncoming 18 wheelers. I hated that bridge.

Yeah. scary as hell looking down a mile down. Rode the tram across, too. Fun times

Bridge in Jacksonville FL... don't remember the name but they tore it down and built a safer bridge

Old US 80 Bridge in Vicksburg in a storm, and with a train... at night.
In our old motor home with the side mirrors pulled in... semis scraped by.
Thank the Lord it's been closed for years, but the trains still use it.

The old Cooper river bridges in Charleston, SC. One was 20’ wide 2 lanes with no median or shoulders/curbs
The only bridge that ever scared me was the one that always ends abruptly in my dreams...

Rainbow Bridge, the tallest bridge in Texas, between Pt Arthur and Bridge City. Went over it in a school bus that the track coach was driving and the bus was only going about 5mph at the top. They've built a second bridge now so its not two way traffic on the Rainbow.

I remember the old Greenville ms river bridge. Stopped on it once due to a wreck. You could feel it sway back and forth. Not a great feeling
