Girl in my grade who had a dad that worked for our school got Arrested for "cruising?" The only guy in existence I've ever heard of actually trying the dick through a pizza routine. Problem was the guy buying his pizza was an under cover cop

The sign is warning people that cruises are trashy.

(2) "Cruising" means the driving of a motor vehicle on a street or highway within the central traffic area past a traffic control point in traffic which is congested at or near the traffic control point, as determined by the ranking police officer on duty in the affected area, three or more times within a four-hour period if on any prior trip past such control point during such four-hour period, the vehicle operator was given a written notice that further driving past the control point within four hours after such notice was given would be a violation of the provisions of this chapter and would subject the violator to the penalties set forth herein.

No driving back and forth, back and forth, back and forth....."cruising".....????
