Yea it's a good supplement if you're having prostate issues like prostatitus or something like that.

Yes try saw palmetto to begin with. If that doesnt work then definitely get a prescription for finasteride. You can find it at some "research chemical" sites but they are hit and miss. Your prostate is nothing to take lightly.

i take it pretty regular. i don't notice any difference but heard it's good for you.

Interesting since finesteride is used to shrink the prostate. A process that takes months rather than days or weeks.

I can attest to the effects of Gabapentin for protatitus pain. It's a god send. You'll get a little drowsy at first but that goes away quickly.
