There are no bad dogs, only bad owners
And it probably wasn't even a pit
Am I doing this right?

The dog knocks the kid off the bike but luckily was only on him maybe 3 seconds before the owner pulls him off. Kid has a mark on his arm but nothing horrible.

many breeds act this way. But that wouldn't fit your narrative

All too often, pit bulls are not only stronger than their owners–but smarter too. This is a bad combination.

Another thing: it's criminal how many pit owners don't give a frick about the rights and safety of others. These people are more pathetic than their animals.

Really? You called the same number people call after they have been shot or have someone breaking in their house? You saw a dog knock a kid off a bike and called the emergency phone number afterwards? You should have been charged for being a jack arse.

30 minutes minutes for nopd, that's fast for them I guess the chance of shooting a dog got them to speed up their response time ...

So a kid is assaulted by a dangerous animal that could do it again and you wouldn't call the cops?

Pit Bulls are on a mental list I keep called "things that if they all suddenly exploded and killed those that like them, the net effect would be the world being a better place."

911 is for emergency situations dipshit. Call the police department if you have a complaint.
