I don’t know what happened to this lady, obviously neither does she. She isn’t sure if she approved of what happened and still doesn’t know who to blame. She was drunk and so was he; she didn’t object, so how can she claim this was an assault? What if this guy came forward and filed battery charges for mysterious hickeys he woke up with?

I agree with speaking out against scum who sneak in unwelcome gropes/grabs, intimidate, and rape. That shite does happen, but this atmosphere is becoming ridiculous. Two young people having drunk sex is usually not a Bill Cosby or Harvey Weinstein Boogeyman situation.

A lot of legitimate claims are overshadowed by infuriating and inexplicable attacks on men’s reputation decades later.

Men are at risk for being held responsible for a woman’s future remorse or emotional deficiencies after sex. Going forward, women should have no reason to ruin a man decades later because speaking up immediately is the expectation.

Women who make malicious false accusations should be required to register as sex offenders.

I 100% agree

quote:

In this day and age, there is zero shame heaped on the woman. A rape victim is actually hailed as a hero, if anything.

Hollywood and the talking heads are not real life. A woman is still highly scrutinized in a rape case. What a complex, difficult process to resolve - two conflicting stories without eyewitnesses. This is also intensely humiliating and uncomfortable. Despite what the media portrays, most raped woman don’t want to be a public hero at all.

This is why I am angry at the trend of women making accusals- decades later -when political power is involved. It’s strategic and obvious, it makes no sense to rational men and women.

I just wonder when and how we became so different? I mean dems are wanting a socialist society now. I mean weren't we in a cold war for like 40 years against a nation that had these views.

I really don’t think most people are that different in general. The anger and division is a lot of hype.

The Me Too movement pushes the idea that 1 in 3 women in this country are victims of sexual assault. That is a rate higher than all African countries engaged in civil wars. This is pure madness.

5..7 yrs ago it was the Klan association ...the way it was being touted every third person was a klan member. I grew up in Alabama. I didnt know a single person...parents claimed a distant relative or 2 were. Were there klan members sure but not the numbers touted. I remember Tim Cook of Apple talkingbabout his Klan memeber Sunday school teacher and i thought..."why dont you mention his name?" but leaving it open ended it casts a wider shadow.

We went from No, means no. To No, unless you have explicit consent for every physical interaction we are about to have.

How is a guy supposed to get get anywhere now without coming off as a weirdo? Hey, I like you and I feel this date is going okay. Do you mind if I rest my hand on your left buttocks as we walk down the sidewalk? WAIT! I almost screwed up, I need you to sign this paperwork from an attorney so I have evidence of your decision. Is this really what women want? Because it looks like this is where we are heading

Funny how these rampant sexual crimes always occur in progressive utopias.

I believe that she believes what she is saying. But I don’t believe the accuracy of people’s memories 10 years later. I also think that everyone should listen to this podcast about our memories and how they are not a video.
The basis is a study where they ask a huge group of people in New York what happened during 9/11. Where they asked them the same questions every year for 10 years. And on average 60% of the questions were answered differently and people refuse to admit they changed their stories.
