Genuine question, how old are you? The only people I've heard say this are on the older side. I'm 34 and understand the words just fine

I’ve parked in the garage on the side of the theater many times. It’s tight in there though. Complicated relative to inebriation level.

So we’re going tomorrow and I’m not sure where we should park. 145 Roosevelt is unavailable, and so is the garage across the street. Are reservations required?

My trick is to get in an hour before the show. Usually have no problems parking in there on Roosevelt.

Generally I valet the car wherever I’m staying and then uber around the city. It’s cheaper and easier than dealing with NOLa parking spots.
