Where can one get sandbags in the new Orleans area? Sorry if Germans.

This is for possible wind driven rain hitting a vulnerable area of the east side of a building.

No sandbags. It’s not in the budget. They do have pallets of bricks staged all over the city. Maybe you could build a new house with those after yours floods?

You’re going to need more than sandbags with the pumps already only working at 60%. Good luck.

You've got insurance, don't you? As long as you have insurance, who cares if your property gets destroyed? Just let it flood.

That's what I've been told, anyway. I'm assuming that applies to storm damage as well.
