Rewatch the video and note that one officer has a laser on his weapon. The laser dot spends most of the fifteen seconds on other officers. What the hell was that guy doing?

Lasers are dumb in the LEO field... if all 7 had lasers and all 7 dots are shining on the door area, how do you know which one is yours?
As for what this guy was doing? He was barreling his other officers...which is a huge no no.
