I defrosted the whole unit x 24 hours and bought a new icemaker circuit board and icemaker assembly online..i think it was www.aplianceparts.com
Fixed the whole mess...it had frozen the whole back wall and under the icemaker. I think it was less than 150.00 in all versus the repair guy who wanted over 500.00.
There are videos about fixing this crappy fridge all over the internet.

Same fridge, same problem. Leak in the water line into the freezer. Replaced the waterline, and it did the same thing again.
That Samsung fridge is now in my garage with no water hookup. I bought a new non-Samsung fridge during labor day sales with two ice makers.
Problem solved.
