As sick and disgusting as this is both are adults and it seems like a victim less crime. IMO the police should have better things to spend time and resources on than arresting these sickos.

I don't get how this is a crime, unless their is a baby or they did it in public. Their is no product or witness of the crime. I can't be arrested for jaywalking or speeding if no one saw the crime and their wasn't some record of it (like a video). What is the purpose of locking them up?
