Salt Lake City Murder Suspect's Yard Should be Completely Excavated

Arial photos show new approx 10 foot by 30 foot pave-stone patio that is NOT shown in the Google satellite photo. The patio is a new. Coupled with the fact that a handyman said the suspect wanted a soundproof room addition, this guy may have done this before.
This has not been reported on news outlets.
New patio is next to neighbors large tree. The police dug only (so far) at the rear of the suspect's garage. Also, the grass is newly installed turf.

Local news reports that he was the suspect in a previous assault/rape in Logan Utah in 2014 - this clown ain't no rookie.
