Do whatever you feel comfortable doing. Nobody can make that decision but you.
If it was up to me I would fly and would have zero problems doing so. Flew back in June & July and have another flight coming up over Labor Day weekend. Flights are dirt cheap right now.

Right now is the best time ever to fly. None of the airlines are booking full flights, and the airports are pretty much a ghost town. Only drawback is most airlines require you to wear a mask the whole flight, and some of the flight attendants are pretty adamant that you cover your mouth and nose for the whole flight.

I flew over most of the country a few weeks ago and it was very safe. Delta had people spaced appropriately. Been tested twice since i got back, nada.
They had a mask requirement but it was loosely applied

In 6 flights, we had one FA who did this. The rest didnt care. Lots of folks had masks below nostrils. Airpots werent packed but were still pretty busy. Just space yourself and youll be fine.
