Why? Spent some time in Jax recently and he's pretty well loved there. A local we we were hanging out with said it's basically cause he saw the potential in Jacksonville and poured in a shite ton of his money to wrestle control away from the Baptists that were controlling and keeping the town boring AF....seems like a solid dude with his city's best interest at heart

right! And according to Locals Khan is putting in the money and effort to make it happen. Recently did a 2 week road trip that included Hot Springs, Nashville, Atlanta, Jacksonville, and Mobile.... Jacksonville was by far our favorite spot. Nice clean safe downtown, all on a river, 30 mins away from Atlantic beach....great bars and solid restaurants all with a very laid back culture. Nothing but potential...kinda place I wouldn't mind retiring to.
