The father of Frankie Archuleta, who requested anonymity, said his son was defending himself after he was physically attacked by Griffin first. "Frankie was attacked," the father said, adding that Griffin hit one of the brothers with a champagne bottle. "Frankie got hit with a bottle and Jesse said he was hit with a bottle as well."

Damn. Didn't realize TD censored the word n!gger. It's not a derogatory word. Just a fact of life.

Moral of the story, you never know what someone has going on in the minds or hearts, and it's best to not start any confrontation over something so meaningless
Or, oh I don't know, don't stab someone in front of their 4 year old over something irrelevant?

This makes me sick... and they wonder why people are so concerned with carrying concealed weapons. Its because of jerks (using my censored language) like this. As parents we want to make sure are kids are steered away from behavior like this. Growing up as a teenager and young adult, the one thing I prided myself on was respecting the wishes of other parents, especially if children were involved. If we were being to loud, or offensive, etc... we toned it down if families were nearby. Just out of respect for them.

Some people weren't raised that way, and we see now how they behave

This is the logical equivalent to "don't want to be raped, then don't wear sexy clothes" and "drive a sports car, then expect it to be stolen".

Or don't want to be unlawfully abused by cops, then do exactly as they say even if their request is unlawful.

And, there may be more to this story than a polite request to turn down the volume two notches

Either way, This murder is hideous, heinous, and horrendous. I did not read to see if they got caught, but they deserve the death penalty.

Dad just should have played some Kenny Rogers if he wanted to teach his kid, "It don't mean you're weak, if you turn the other cheek...son, you don't have to fight when you're a man."

Some loud music in Target sure as hell ain't worth dying over and never underestimate your opponent would seem to be the ultimate lessons learned by his unfortunate kid.
