Probably not credible. True terrorists don’t warn. Maybe play some games bc they make it real, so hopefully officials are watching. But don’t forget, when the towers were hit, weren’t they told no worries and to stay put? It’s hard to trust those in charge.

Think the betting favorite at this time is someone in the Texas state government involved with education got a trojan horse from using their work computer that then blasted out an email like this to most of the state
